How do I fill out the order form?
Step 1 – Circle the areas you would like your flyer to be distributed. The number to the right represents the amount
of Real Estate Agents in the area.
Step 2 – Circle the type of paper you would like your flyer to be printed on. Bright Hue Paper is a heaver weight and brighter –
This can make your flyer a real eye catcher. If you have a flyer with large black headers or a flyer in a black
background, we highly recommend the .01 charge for heavy ink. We have a copier that runs much slower and
is able to lay a nice solid black layer on all black areas.
Step 3 – Calculate the cost. In the first line add up all the total number of copies circled and multiply it by the cost of paper.
Then add 5% sales tax. The third line is the delivery charge. This is the cost of delivering your flyers to the areas
you have chosen. It costs $9.00 per area for delivery. If you have flyers that you have printed yourself then it
costs $18.00 per area. In which case you will have to call us for directions to our office to deliver your flyers to us.
***SPECIALS - We have a special rate for going to all areas. Instead of paying $144.00 for delivery
you only pay $100.00. That's a $44.00 savings for you! Be sure to take advantage of this offer!
Step 4 - Add your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Circle one.
Fill in your credit card number, expiration date and security code on the back of your card in the space provided.
Then make sure to sign in the signature box.
Step 5 - Now getting your order to us. 1st you will need to fax in your order form and a copy of your flyer to us.
This way we can check your emailed version for proper typesetting. If you do not fax a copy of your flyer
we are not responsible for any typesetting errors that may have occurred in emailing the flyer to us.
How do you receive my flyer?
You can e-mail us your flyer at localcoverageva@aol.com. We accept Word, Publisher, and Power Point document or pdf's.
